Divas Costume Battle Royal Number One Contender Match
Natalya eliminates Rosa while the Divas pair off. Aksana gets eliminated by the Bellas. Tamina super kicks AJ off the apron but Kaitlyn takes care of Tamina. The Bellas eliminate Kaitlyn. Kelly and Eve deal with the Bellas while Natalya deals with Alicia. Eve with a moonsault onto the Bellas. Kelly with a Stinkface to both Bellas. Kelly and Eve eliminate the Bellas.
Kelly, Eve, and Alicia slap Natalya and Natalya with a discus clothesline to Eve. Natalya sends Kelly to the apron and then she eliminates Alicia. Natalya eliminates Kelly but Eve eliminates Natalya.
Winner: Eve Torres
After the match, Beth and Natalya come into the ring but Kelly and Alicia stand by Eve’s side. Beth and Natalya think better of hurting three women so they leave the ring.

It’s time for another edition of “Who Wore it Best?” and this time it not only features one Diva sharing a look with Beth, but two. The first Diva to debut this dress was former WWE Diva & Women’s Champion Candice Michelle. She debuted this pink sequin dress at SummerSlam 2007 when she sat ringside during the Divas battle royal to determine the #1 contender for her championship (which Beth ultimately won) and she also go a shoot with this dress. Beth’s now partner in crime Natalya also showed off the dress on the June 3rd, 2011 edition of Smackdown when she joined AJ & Kaitlyn to the ring for their match. Now Beth has got her hands on the dress and competes with the others girls look. So who you think wore this dress the best…Beth, Candice or Natalya? We are back and Beth Phoenix makes her way to the announce table to join Cole and Lawler.
Natalya versus Alicia Fox
Natalya removes Alicia’s head band and Alicia tries for a float over but Natalya does not bite and Natalya clips Alicia before throwing her to the mat by the hair. Natalya with a kick to the leg and then she slams Alicia’s head into the mat. Natalya with a clothesline and then she works on the leg with a step over toe hold.
Natalya slaps Alicia but Alicia slaps back. Alicia with a forearm and she reverses the hold. Natalya gets to the ropes and she kicks Alicia in the ribs. Natalya says that it is tear time but she runs into a boot. Alicia with a sunset flip for the three count.
Winner: Alicia Fox
We see Eve Torres and Kelly Kelly watching in the back.
After the match, Natalya attacks Alicia but Alicia is able to escape.
The November 2011 issue of Maxim features an article on CM Punk (who dubs him wrestling’s “next megastar”) and it is publicly acknowledged for the first time that Beth Phoenix is his girlfriend. “The Glamazon” is quoted in the piece as she recalls the reaction backstage to his scathing on-air speech on the June 27 Raw concerning the way in which WWE is run and its owner, Vince McMahon.
“I was in the dressing room,” recalls Phoenix, “and everyone sprinted over to see what would happen when he came backstage. Would he get fired on the spot? Would there be some sort of fight?”
Punk entered a side door backstage, coming up behind the mob of wrestlers and personnel. They formed a circle around him. “Then, legit, everyone began to hug me,” Punk recalls. “I’m talking cameramen, guys who work the boom backstage, everyone.”
WWE Divas Championship – Beth Phoenix (c) vs. Eve Torres
Beth Phoenix makes her way down to the ring, and Cole says there was an incident involving the Diva’s earlier today. It cuts to Kelly Kelly being interviewed for WWE.com about Eve’s chances tonight. Natalya interrupts, choking Kelly while the Bella’s and Phoenix look on. She’s pulled off by Eve who comes to Kelly’s rescue before it’s all broken up by officials.
Eve is out next, and she gets a little bit of a reaction from the crowd. Apparently, the new GM John Laurinatis has banned both Natalya and Kelly Kelly from ringside due to the confrontation earlier today.
The bell rings and the women are quick to lock up. Beth takes Eve into the corner and sits her on the top turnbuckle, but Eve is able to fight back, coming off the top and rolling Beth up in a sunset flip for a two count. Beth sends Eve into the ropes and takes her down to the mat hard. Beth tries to wear down Eve, but Eve is quick to get back to her feet and kick away at Beth’s legs. Beth hits Eve with a couple of stiff forearms, but she’s caught off guard by an enzugiri from Eve.
Eve uses Beth’s outfit to tie her up in the ropes and kick away at her backside. Phoenix is able to get free and she goes to the outside. Eve comes toward Phoenix but Beth sweeps her feet out from under her. Beth gets Eve in gorilla press position and walks her over to the barricade, sending her crashing into it chest first. Beth slams Eve into the ring apron before dragging her into the ring for another two count. Beth locks in a modified rear chin lock but Eve won’t quit.
Eve starts to fight out of it, but Beth shoulders her, and drops down to her knees, causing pain to Eve’s midsection. Beth locks in a body scissors, all the while slapping at Eve’s head and screaming for her to cry. Eve is able to fight out of the hold and she mounts Beth, raining down punches. Both women get up to their feet and Eve hits Beth with a couple of big kicks before taking her down with a clothesline and hitting a pretty cool standing flipping senton for another two count. Beth reverses an Irish whip, but then runs right into a back elbow from Eve. Eve wraps her legs around Beth’s shoulders and locks in a super-weird looking submission hold focusing on Beth’s neck and shoulders.
Beth is able to get to the ropes to force Eve to break the hold. Beth goes out to the apron and Eve, who’s standing on the inside, takes her to the corner to slam her head into the turnbuckle. Beth is able to surprise Eve by snapping her arm on the top ring rope. Beth comes back in and tries for the glam slam, but Eve reverses and sends Beth into the ropes. Eve rolls up Beth for two. Eve goes to the corner and hits Beth with a big kick to the side of the head. Eve goes to the top and tries for a moonsault but Beth moves and Eve crashes to the mat. Beth connects with the glam slam, and get the three count.
Winner and STILL WWE Divas Champion: Beth Phoenix
Following the match, Phoenix sits over Eve and strokes her hair. Beth heads to the back and says she’ll never lose her title.

WWE.com posted an exclusive video from backstage Smackdown this past week. The cameras keep asking Beth how she feels about Eve’s actions this week. WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix and Natalya are in the ring and Beth says that some people say that her and Natalya are jealous of the ‘Barbie Doll’ Divas because they may grace the pages of Maxim Magazine or walk down the red carpets in Hollywood. They are not jealous of the Divas. They are angry at the fans. Those are the Divas that the fans want to see, but Beth and Natalya says that they are prettier than the other Divas.
We see footage of Beth hitting the Glam Slam and Natalya applying the Pin Up Strong submission.
Natalya says that every tear that hits the ground, it is a direct message to all of the Divas. Pain is beauty. Nothing is more beautiful than seeing Barbie Dolls beg for mercy. Beth has a message for Eve and she tells Eve that she is the next to cry. They will finish this at Vengeance.
Eve Torres comes out to the ring and she has something to say. Eve tells Beth and Natalya that the real reason they started this was not about looks. Eve says that they were beautiful until they showed how ugly they are inside. Eve tells them that she is not a ‘barbie doll’ and there is nothing that Beth can do to break them.
Beth asks Eve if she wants to cry. Beth tells Eve to cry and let it out for everyone. Eve pushes Beth down and then she leaves the ring.

Date: February 19th, 2012 Show: Elimination Chamber Results: Beth Phoenix is up against her biggest competition yet since becoming Divas Champions. She must take on the 2nd generation Diva Tamina Snuka for her championship. Tamina quickly proves why she is the #1 contender for the title really pushing Beth to her limits. Toward the end of the match Tamina hits the Superfly Splash, but Beth kicks out leaving Tamina baffled. Beth ends up locking in her Glam Slam, pinning Tamina to yet again successfully defend her Divas Championship. Detailed Results
